FAQS

  • In-person workshops are held at our practice located at Level 1, 177-179 Maroondah Hwy, Healesville VIC 3777 (map). Online workshops are delivered live. All workshops are in AEST/AEDT timezones.

  • We facilitate small group workshops of up to 8 participants for in-person workshops, and up to 15 participants for online workshops. The small group size supports personal attention, while enabling deeper connections and conversations to emerge.

    Unless run by a guest facilitator, all our workshops do not have a minimum number of participants to run. This is because relationships are at the heart of who we are and we are committed to showing up rain or shine, no matter what.

  • We typically provide all necessary materials at our in-person workshops, but you are also welcome to bring your own. Some workshops may encourage attendees to bring specific items, so please check the description to see if there’s anything specific you need to bring prior to booking.

    To attend our online workshops, you will need:

    • A quiet and comfortable space away from distractions where you can talk and create freely;

    • A fully charged or plugged-in device with camera, microphone and speaker functionality (e.g., computer, tablet);

    • Stable internet connection to access the workshop video conferencing link;

    • Any materials you’d like to work with or have on hand (e.g., paper, pencils, paints);

    • Specific materials if required by the workshop (this will be listed in the workshop description so please have a look there before booking).

  • While our workshops support personal development and offer creative experiences that can feel therapeutic in nature, they are not therapy groups. Our workshops are focused on learning and social connection, not therapy.

    Participants will need to look after their own mental health and wellbeing during our workshops, and be mindful of others when sharing personal experiences.

    If you are looking to address mental health concerns relating to your individual circumstance, please consider Individual Art Therapy or seek the support of a qualified mental health professional.

  • We’re passionate about creating workshop experiences that are personally meaningful and relevant. If you have any feedback, ideas or suggestions for us, including if there’s a workshop topic you’d like to see in the future, please let us know! We’re all ears.
